IDS4210 failed to recovery

I have recover the IDS4210, but it can't boot because of cannot found boot.bin*

Please explain the conditions under which the recovery was performed.

1) What was the reason for the recovery?

2) How was the recovery performed?

3) Did you see any other unusual messages during the recovery?

4) Did it appear to complete correctly prior to the reboot?

5) Can you provide a screen capture showing the messages leading up to the failure you mention above?
