Inactive CS-MARS reporting device after upgradation

Hi  All,

Im getting following event after upgradation of MARS tool from L2 and L3 Switches, can any one help me to fix this issue.

Inactive CS-MARS reporting device after upgradation

Hi All,

Can anyone guide me to get ride of this issue.

We recently upgraded MARS from 5.3.3. to 6.1.5 version after upgradation we are unable to get logs from few switches and IPS devices.

and every one hour we  get an alert like "inactive CS-MARS reporting device"

I checked in swithes that they are creating logs and logging is enabled to CS-MARS.

and in firewall, logs are permitted to go through.

where may be the problem. pls help me.
