Inside access problem

I have a firewall in place that i just put in. Everything is working fine except for one thing. Our file server which IP address is 206.x.74.10 can't be accessed from our tech that our also inside the firewall. They can get out fine to the internet, access other servers behind and outside the firewall but for some reason they cant access that one, which happens to be our file server, pretty important for them to be able to get there. below is a cope of my config, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

mike

Re: Inside access problem

Can the "tech" get to other hosts on the same subnet as the file server? Is the "tech" on the same subnet as the file server?

Re: Inside access problem

Hi,

Doesn't seem to be a firewall issue. Whats the net and the subnet mask of the tech subnet? Thanks,

Re: Inside access problem

The net and subnet of the office is: 206.x.208.0 with a class C subnet.

fortunately we have decided that is wasnt the firewall causing the problem.

unfortunately they have decided to take it out and now i have to reconfigure it to be used on the other side with a different backbone we have. thanks for all the help though.

Re: Inside access problem

Hi -

I would agree with mynul that I don't think this is related to the firewall, can you post your route inside on the firewall and also the inside route for your inside gateway router - but pls remember to change ALL IP's and password's etc..

Thanks -
