Inside to Outside Port Translation

Hi,

Is it possible to allow an Inside to Outside TCP Port number to use a specific IP address. We are having some mail issues when send mail when reverse DNS is performed and matched with out MX records.

Re: Inside to Outside Port Translation

Yes you can define a second NAT and GLOBAL to do that.

example:

nat (inside)2 MailServerPrivateIP 255.255.255.255

global (outside) 2 MailServerPub-MX-IP

# Reset the translation table, this will reset all sessions !

clear xlate

or you could use a Static NAT
