Inside users not able to ping or access my own global(valid) Ip,s

I have my mail server on DMZ interface.I mapped my mail global ip to dmz local ip but now problem is that my inside users want to access mail server by using global IP but they can,not.

any suggestion or solution will higly appreciated

If they are accessing the mail server via name and the DNS server is on the outside then you need the alias command to fix-up the DNS response

You can also use the alias command to change the requested IP to the actual DMZ IP. It all depends on how you enter the command.
