install of vpn3000 v4.0.3F after vpn5000 uninstalled

I have run into an issue, where the first time you try to run the install of 4.0.3F after the vpn5000 is removed, the install stops and says it needs to reboot before the install can continue.

I need to find a manual way to clean up the vpn5000 so this doesn't occure and I can have the install complete the first time it is run without a reboot.(the manual removal of the files that are posted do not fix this). I am using the MSI install of 4.0.3F on both windows 2k and XP.

Anyone seen this? Ideas? thanks...

Did you check the bug tool kit for any known issues??

Yes, I have done this. Thanks for the reply. Just an FYI I have opened a TAC case on this and talked with one of the developers. They are currently looking into this.
