Why does installing Cisco VPN Client force me to disable IPSec? How can I restart IPSec on Win XP?

"IPSec" service is Windows native application which will conflict with Cisco VPN client IPSec stack. So that if you want to use Cisco VPN client, there is no necesarry to use Windows`s IPSec service.
