Internet Usage report options

Management is looking for a way to monitor internet usage by machine. We recently switched from a SonicWall Pro to an ASA5520. One advantage of the Sonicwall, was that it reported Internet Usage of users based on website hits and data transfer. I do not see any way to actually compile internet traffic usage with the ASA itself. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can monitor this traffic? Management wants to view usage reports and then block sites on abuse. Ideally, they would want to know who is the big abuser.
