'invalid logon session expired'

why a VPN 3000 concentrator says 'invalid logon session expired'. The log-on ID and Password is correct.

Are you using TACACS authentication?

If so, check the following configuration in VPN conc.

1) In Administration | Access Rights | Administrators | Modify

2) Make sure the AAA access level is 15 for all the administrators in VPN conc.

3) Then try to authenticate once again.
