IOS vpn timeout

anyone know how to lengthen the timeout for established ipsec sessions on a IOS based vpn? We have some of our clients are behind a trouble switch, so their session sometimes has a lot of latency, and their VPN session gets dropped.

Is there a way to lengthen this session timeout?

Iam affraid its not possible I had similar issue when I tried to connect via very slow GPRS and I got response from Cisco that there is no way how to tune timeouts during IPsec negotation
