Just as heads up for all of you:
A bug in the new v. 2.0 software for the iPhone/iPod Touch which includes a Cisco VPN causes the iPhone VPN client to grab the entire assigned netblock, thus blocking routing to all other VPN clients!
We chase this intermittent issue for a few weeks here. The Bug ID is CSCsr40360.
The only fix so far are a work-around to keep iPhones from connecting, or setting up separate profiles for iPhone clients.
As we are expecting hundreds of students to arrive is a couple of week with iPhones in hand we really need a fix for this soon!

I chased this bug for weeks too. One iPhone would kill any users connecting from there on out.
This has been fixed in 8.0(4)

Yes, thank you.
We just upgraded and it is all working much better now.
