IPS 4240

when we terminate man link (witch is 10 Mbps) on ips and than we connect ips to router,router to wan switch,our network speed is goes down.i cant understand where is the problem. without IPS its working properly .

Put the IPS into Bypass mode. See if that improves it. If it does, then take it out of Bypass mode, go to the Monitor page, and see all alerts that are being generated.

If you don't see an unsually high count of alerts, then try disabling all of the Normalizer rules. You can find these by sorting the signatures by Action, and finding the alerts that Deny but don't Produce Alert.

Is the speed of your interfaces set to Auto negotiate? Try manually setting them to 100 Full Duplex.
