Is there a way to have ipsec and isakmp debug messages sent to a syslog server? I've setup a syslog with Kiwi syslog, and even though syslog trapping is set to debug mode, I'm not seeing the results of debug ips, debug isa, and debug ca that one normally sees during a console or telnet connection.
We're attempting to capture an IPSec tunnel problem with a Watchguard SOHO, and have currently resorted to setting up a text capture with hyperterminal.
Sorry, but you can't send debug output to syslog. Getting a text capture is usually the best way to troubleshoot this. If you continue to have trouble with the tunnel, get the debug from the PIX when the WatchGuard tries to initiate it, this'll give us more information to go on.
