IPSec L2L Tunnel up need a way to trigger ISDN DDR if tunnel is down.

I have a 2621 Router with a AES-256 Tunnel to a 3060 CVPN. But need a way to trigger a DDR ISDN connection out of the 2621 if the tunnel fails. Looked a floating static but can not get routes injected back into the 2621.

Probably, you could configure some protocol like EIGRP and limit the updates to that subnet. If no updates occur, EIGRP will send keepalives. This keepalive traffic should trigger BRI connection up.
