IPSec VPN 3000 to VPN 3000 over load balanced routers

Hi all,

We have a situation where we are using load balanced routers running EIGRP, HSRP and using the EIGRP variance command.

We cannot seem to be reliable connectivity between the two vpn concentrators.

We suspect this is due to IPSec packets arriving out of order via different routes.

Is there a way around this short of having to run GRE on the routers themselves or using VPN 5002's instead.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated
