Could someone recommend a platform that will support ISDN management across several Cisco platforms. We are using 3640's and 7200's for ISDN access servers. Don't think CAM will work.

Double-check with your Cisco sales rep to be sure but it looks like CAM will work for you. The config guide http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/ap/apm/cam40/update40.htm#xtocid1833640 talks about how to configure the 3240 and the 7206.
