I am having a hard time to understand why some ISP say that they don't support IPSec. I got these explanations from two different ISP:
1) IPSec does not work with dynamic IP address.
2) All routers in between needs a special protocol.
Does anyone has a better explanation for this?
If IPSec can not be used, Is there any other option?
