LAN to LANVPN with 3000 series concentrator and Zyxel Zywall 5

We have a LAN to LAN tunnel setup between our office here in the states which has the 3000 concentrator and our EU office which has a Zyxel Zywall 5 Security appliance.

The tunnel is connected and works, but the speed on the EU end is super slow. I'm looking to see whether there are any settings on either end that would help speed up the connection.

I'm not sure of the speed of the Zywall 5 especially when it is acting as the Router, DHCP server and VPN concentrator. If anyone can help I can give better details of the the settings.

Hi,

First try to ping from inside to inside and then from outside to outside and check the difference in the RTT. If the difference is not huge and the RTT for outside to outside ping is large enough then I believe they would need to change the ISP :-P.
