Which kind of IOS upgrade have I right to install?
For example: I bay and install to the final user a Cisco-2610 with IP-
PLUS 12.0.5 (the version of the CD).
Some time later, Cisco publish new releases and I can download it
(as "registred user").
1) Can I download to the final user the release 12.0.11 (for
example), without license violation?
2) And a 12.1.x ?
3) And a 13.x.x ?
Obviously taking a look to RAM and FLASH ...
Thanks

If you have a maintanance contract for your hardware and a cco login, you are entitled to download the software images as long as they have the same feature set.
For example, if you have IP PLUS you are not entitled to download IP/FW PLUS feature set. You can download any version if IP PLUS software.
If you need other feature sets, you will need to purchase the license.
Hope this helps,
