Linksys BEFVP41 to PIX 520

I have dozens of Linksys BEFVP41's in the field, all making a VPN connection to a PIX 520. Each router is connecting via some form of Broadband connection. I have a number of routers that randomly have their tunnel drop, requiring a reboot of the linksys, sometimes more than once a day. The SA lifetime I have specified on both the PIX and the Linksys routers is 86400. Linksys told me the max they support is 28800 which I don't believe. Has anyone had something similiar, and found a way to alleviate the tunnel drops?

Hi,

It does seem like a rekey issue (most probably with IKE), try using V6.3.1 of pix, if everything looks the same, try sending some debugs/logs.

Is the rekey issue you are referring originating from the Linksys or from the PIX?
