Has anyone tried to use a Linksys VPN router and try to connect to a Cisco 2600 router running 3DES. we use GRE tunnels and 3DES. My international users are looking for a cost effective way to to connect to our corporate HQ using internet connectivity. We currectly use Cisco 1700 / 2600 routers.
No, we have in the past just used Cisco to Cisco devices for all our tunnels running IPSEC. Aas stated we are loking for a more cost effective way to connect remote offices back to a cisco 3640 router running 3DES
