To the best of my knowledge it is not advisable to install a Cisco Secure software on a server with CiscoWorks 2000 software on it. This primarily has to do with the high system and bandwidth that both these products demand. So, the answer to the question 'can it be done?' the answer I think is yes though it is not advisable to do the same.
