Local Pool Address

I'm setting up a PIX as a VPN server. The outside interface is a 12.x.x.x address and will be where the users connect. My internal network address is 192.168.10.0/24. What should the local pool be? The users will be accessing servers in the 192.168.10.0/24 subnet and the servers on the DMZ - 172.17.20/24 subnet. Should the pool they draw from be on the 192.168.10/24 network?
