lost connection to sensor

Hello all,

i have a situation where the cspm is no longer communication with the one of two ids sensors. The version of the sensor is 3.0(6) and the cspm version is 2.3.3i

When logged into the sensor and i type "sho config", it shows

Sensor application status:

nr.postofficed not running

nr.fileXferd not running

nr.sapd not running

nr.packetd not running

Is there a way to restart these?

any help is sincerely appreciated

thanks

Re: lost connection to sensor

The best method is to simply reboot your sensor.

A reboot should start these processes up automatically.

If they are still not running after the reboot (or go back to not running at a later time) then contact the TAC for assistance. You will need to troubleshoot what is happening on your sensor.
