Low level reset.

Hi,

I have heard that you can do a low level reset or something on a Cisco concentrator 3000. We have had a lot of strange problem with this device, we deleted the config file, but it doesn’t fix the problem. Is it possible to do total file system reset?

Hi

In routers normally we use the passwd recovery procedure to bring that to default state.

but in concentrator i think u can use up the 7th option mentioned in the below link to load without any config file..
