mapping multiple global to one local IP

can we map multiple global ip

to single ip for http access without using differnt ports i.e.,with out static PAT

No that's not possible, you have to use static pat to achieve this. If there's a requirement to balance the load between different web servers in your environment, then you should consider using a content load-balancer such as Cisco CSS or other application load-balancing products and configure a VIP IP for the web servers cluster and only NAT that IP on your FW.
