I added my Symantec 9.x server to MARS per the instructions, including importing the client/hosts... our end user PCs.
MARS does not seem to know about DHCP, it continues to run with the address that the PC had when I imported the list from Symantec. So, I'm beginning to see alerts with 2 different host names... When I click on an IP address, it shows me one DNS name (they are self-registering) and a different Netbios name.
How can I keep them in synch?

I followed the directions and they are all in MARS but their IP addresses appear to be static in MARS... as DHCP leases expire, they are starting to ooze around. So, the entry in MARS says one computer name but the IP address resolves to another (correctly).
What does the NETBIOS field do? Will that allow me to track by name?
