MC for CSA, options are missing, after upgrade to Sec Mon 2.2

I have Management Center for Cisco Security Agent 4.5.1 running on a server with VMS 2.3. It had Security Monitor 2.0. I upgraded to Security Monitor 2.2, and installed the patch to bring up the supported java version to v1.4.2_10.

I noticed several items are now missing. On a Host page, I cannot check or uncheck the options for Verbose Mode, Test Mode, Log Deny Actions, etc. On a Rules page, I cannot see how many events were triggered for a particular rule (or how many in the last 24 hours).

HELP!

WHY would I do this?

I have to make a correction to this post. After reviewing old screenshots I took, it looks like the host options I thought were there, actually weren't ever there.

BUT - I do have screenshots that show there used to be an event count for the Rule. In the documentation this is noted as the "Event Column". How do I get this back?
