Muliple connections through VPN

I have just enherited the role of supporting Cisco Routers for a organisation my company supports. The problem i am having, is that we have a connection from our office to their HQ so we remotely support their many sites.

At the moment we can only have one connection from our office to their main servers. i need to allow for muliple connections from out site to theirs.

There config is using "crypto isakmp key" commands that i dont totally understand yet.

Here is a section of the config that relates to the connection for us, i think.

crypto isakmp client configuration group VPNASi

dns 10.10.2.10 10.10.9.10

wins 10.10.2.5

pool VPNPool

acl 118

crypto map combined isakmp authorization list VPNASi

crypto map combined client configuration address respond

crypto map combined 2 ipsec-isakmp dynamic combined

crypto map combined 20 ipsec-isakmp

Any help would be greatly appreciated to allow more connections.

Hi Ben,

Seems like something to do with the Authorization parameters. At this time, you are terminating to Router as a Remote client. Kindly ask them if they are only allowing one connection to there site? You can always get the config's for both sides and open up a TAC case to get detail analysis done of the config's as not all relevant config is shown above.

Regards,

Aamir
