I have a PIX with two "external" interfaces (outside and client). All internal connections originate from 10.x.x.x addresses. I need to apply a different NAT pool depending on which external interface is used. (ie 65.120.74.64-65.120.74.254 if heading for the outside interface and 10.4.170.100-10.4.170.254 if heading for the client interface). Is this possible?

This should be ok. NAT(inside) and glodal (outside) global (client) is what you need then a route client ...... statement.
Here is some guide : http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/707/28.html.
