one of my customer is asking the possibility to configure multiple time ranges with PIX 515E ver7.2

You've always had the ability to configure more than one time-range for use in ACL's, assuming that's the kind of time-range you're talking about.
ciscoasa(config)# sho ver

ciscoasa(config)# sho time-range
time-range entry: Melbourne (inactive)
absolute start 02:00 01 March 2006 end 23:00 31 May 2006
used in: IP ACL entry
time-range entry: Sydney (inactive)
periodic weekdays 2:00 to 4:00
used in: IP ACL entry
ciscoasa(config)# sho access-list
access-list 100 line 1 extended permit ip any any time-range Melbourne (hitcnt=0)
access-list 101 line 1 extended deny ip any any time-range Sydney (hitcnt=0)
ciscoasa(config)#
