When the NAC agent is running the CPU usage is normal when in authenticated network. When the USer PC is out of network, say in home, the CPU usage is more (80-100%) and causing the system to be hanged up. And when the NAC agent is exit from the task bar, when using from home- the usage is normal.
If our authorized employees needs to work from home, or go out of network and access other networks on business needs, this is causing a problem, because the CPU usage is more and the other applications are not opening, system is generating more heat and then finally shutdowns. Is there a way to address this issue?
Also there are two .exe files being installed. NACagent.exe and NACagentUI.exe......this NACagentUI.exe is using more memory usage when the system starts before authentication 30K and when the authentication is done it shoots up to 47K. Will this have any affect on the system performance.
