When a user logs in with the Clean Access Agent they get a security alert informing them that a secure connection for server authentication is required but the Certificate Issuer is untrusted or unknown. The user can click 'yes' to proceed anyway and they are allowed to log in.
Aside from being an annoyance, what sort of problems can I expect to see until I can get the certificate issue resolved? I'm currently finding that some versions of popular antivirus programs are not detected, some firewalls have to be temporarily disabled for the Clean Access Agent to work, and Windows Media Edition has to be exempted from some role requirements. Could this be from the certificate error?
