NAC Appliance support 6500 users

Hi

i want to quote for a NAC appliance which support up to 6500 users min. i can find NAC 3350 up to 3500 users support what should i do to cover the remaining. (i can see the license upgrade also from 2500 to 3500 only not more than that). 2 Boxes?

In NAC-3350 hardware platform maximum 7,000 endpoints are supported.
