NAC framework: How to activate browser auto-launch

In some Cisco documents about nac and cta there are references to a feature called "browser auto-launch".

With this feature it should be possible to open a browser window on the client desktop with an url I specify.

But I can't find any information on how to enable this.

I can add an url to the pa message, but this only leads to a clickable url in the notification window.

Does anyone know how to activate this?

This document is about NAC appliance. My problem is regarding NAC framework. This are two totally different approaches to do NAC.

So this document does not help.

Beside this there are no informations about browser auto-launch in this document.
