I bought two routers 2800 series with a network module, NME-NAC-K9=, each one. A Cisco CISCO2851-SRST/K9 has a NME-NAC-K9= installed
from factory and a CISCO2821-SRST/K9 with a NME-NAC-K9= not installed (it comes separately from the chassis) and its PAK included. I did not have a issue to ask the license for this second router, But the question here is " how I could ask or get the license if I don´t have the PAK for the firts router Cisco 2851 ? " do I need to open a TAC case using the routers serial number ?? which other options could i have ?? ...
Thanks a lot.
By the way I get the license for the second router, CISCO2821-SRST/K9, using the proper PAK and the CAM ethernet 0 interface, this CAM server is that one which can manage the CAS NME-NAC-K9.
