Hi,
I have this error in log file on NAC server.
Apr 7, 2008 8:27:11 AM com.perfigo.wlan.jmx.admin.GSSHandler run
WARNING: EOF Error: Data reached EOF, null
Active Directory SSO service is normally started, but Cisco Agent on client machine is starting Local DB authentication, and not Windows SSO.
Is there any solution?

First check Active Directory domain structure. The problem in my case was AD in company - thay changed structure of LDAP. For NAC, nothing changed, service is still running and NAC can reach AD, but in process of logging, AD is not responding as it should.
So, chech AD, not NAC
