"User logout failed; Clean Access Server is not connected" is the meaning of the error message "failed to logout from the network".so check for the clean access server connections and then check for the issue.please provide the exact error message that you are getting so that we will be able to help you better.
I have checked the status of the clean access server on CAM's web interface and it was connected. The exact message I have got was "Failed to logout from the network" when I click on "Log out" in the menu of clean access agent.
The main problem here is users can't log out via clean access agent or Web agent by themselves, I have to kick them out via web interface of clean access manager.
