NATing Internal addresses and than establishing a VPN
We have PIX 515e. We must have to NAT our internal address/addresses to legal IP address/addresses(Outside interface) and then try to establish a VPN with a partner.
Let me elaborate it a little more. Let us say that our internal network(Inside interface of PIX) is 10.130.9.0 with subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 and our outside legal address(given to us by ISP) is 184.108.40.206 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.240, meaning we have 32 legal IP addresses. The outside interface of PIX is assigned a IP address of 220.127.116.11.
Now what I am trying to do is to xlate 10.130.9.0 addresses into 18.104.22.168 and then trying to establish a VPN with a partner. The partner has configured 22.214.171.124 network as our encryption domain.
I did try this scenario, but in vain. Could somebody point me in the right direction.
