Hi I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I have a 2600 router running BGP on it. Currently there is no natting on it what I need to do is I have a set of IP addresses 192.168.11.11-20 and I have a client that are using these IP addresses now they want to change the IP addresses for some reason to 170.132.237.49-55. So all I would need to do is create a static NAT trans between the new and old and put it on the e0/0 as ip nat outside/inside?
Your e0/0 is having IP address range of 192.168.11.11 - 20 then you would use ip nat inside in e0/0, this is because you are converting it into 172.132.237.49 - 55 which is probably ur outside address and on that interface u would use ip nat outside.
so is that all I have to do no need for any access-list or anything like that. I looked on the router and there is a prefix-list as well:
ip prefix-list to-ffm seq 60 permit 192.168.11.0/24
do I need to do anything with that?
