Need help getting started with VPN

I have 2620 router and loaded the 12.2.2T1. Do I have to load a VPN software on the router? I'm using the unverisal VPN client 3.0 for windows 2000. I need someone to point me to the right direction. HELP HELP HELP

I wanted to do the same thing but I knew that VPN clients 3.x are supported just by the 12.2.4T.

Somebody wrote that client 1.x are supported by earlier version of IOS. I am looking same information too.

u have to make ur 2620 Router VPN enabled by installing IPsec in router and you have Install VPN Client on PCs.
