Netranger managed service stop

we are using a netranger IDS 4230 in our network, and we manage it

using CSPM-(ver 2.3i) ,although the service (managed) is

unstartable for two days.

we triyed to refresh the CSPM and restart the netranger, but still

the problem presist, would you kindly help us to start this service

up.
