I cannot bring up the Nework Security Database windows from VMS when I highlight one alarm then click the icon above, does anyone know what's wrong?

Is the NSDB not perhaps running in the background? It could be that you have the windows already open. The NSDB window will not jump to the front of your desktop if it is already open in the background.
