New to pix, need help with "debug access-list all" command

I have a pix 515 v6.3. I am tring to use then "debug access-list all" command to see what traffic is being stopped by my access-list. However, I do not get any output. I turn run the command, but nothing happens. Other debug commands do output to the console. Perhaps I don't understand the what "debug access-list all" is used for. Any help that can be provided would be greatly appriciated.

Are you connected via telnet or console??? If yes you need command

terminal monitor

to enable logging debug command to telnet session

Hope that helps rate if it does

Thank you m.sir. I had forgotten about the terminal monitor command. I am connecting via a telnet (well ssh) session. However, after trying the "terminal monitor" command I still do not get any output. Do I have to turn on logging or something as well? I am not very familiar with logging. Thanks.
