No Local Access - IPSEC Remote Access

I have a strnge issue where several users can connect to the ASA 5520 (8.0(4)) VPN, and get an IP address. But they cannot browse any network shares, ping internal sites, etc. However, when they remove the Linksys router from the mix, they can connect. I have NAT-T enabled, and there are several other users that can connect through their Linsys router and browse anything on the local LAN.

Has anyone experienced this type of behavior? There is just no consistency!

Thanks in advance!

do u have NAT exmption (nat 0) configured correctly on ur ASA ?

traffic from internal lan to remote access users pool should be exmpted from nat with nat 0
