noob question

I have heard a little about webvpn/ssl vpn and would like a little clarification. Do the webvpn/ssl vpn run over ssl 443 and not ipsec like the standard vpn client does?

Re: noob question

Yup, both WebVPN/SSL VPN runs in HTTPS or TCP 443 port not like the standard VPN Client that uses IPSec.

WebVPN uses any available browser, while SSL VPN uses an SSL VPN Client agent that will be automatically downloaded and installed permanently or temporary after successful authentication
