Notification clear queue of waiting emails IDS3.0 s19

hi

i have a IDS 3.0 s19 and the notifications send me to much email 300 every hours. i have disconnected the management from the sensor

how can i clear the queue of waiting email on my sensor ?

about the view of events i can't see all high events but i saw a lots of medium why ? i have checked all log fonctionnality in each event and also the box has enabled is checked on all signature high and medium

could you explain me what is wrong in my config ?

about email notifications i have tried the perl script found on this forum but with out success anyone could help me ?

Often times complex troubleshooting/configuration issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
