One VPN client is ok, two VPN client the connexion is lost

Hi,

I have a VPN connexion between a small office and a central office.

Small office : I have a cisco 831 ADSL.

Central office : I have a a cisco 806 configure to terminate VPN connexion.

The users on small office use a Cisco VPN client. There is no problem, but if an another user launch the Vpn client, there is an error (bad authentification,...) and the first user has lost the VPN client.

Is it possible to use two simultaneous VPN client through the Cisco router 831 ?

thanks for your help

Verify that the 806 has an IOS version that supports NAT-Traversal.

Then make sure that the 831 is not blocking UDP port 4500 in both directions.

With that done, select "Allow IPSec over UDP (NAT/PAT)" under Transparent Tunneling in the VPN Client software.

An alternative VPN solution for you would be a site-to-site between the routers.

Hope this assists.
