only need TACACS+ - software recommendation anyone?

Hello fellow engineers,

I am fairly new to the TACACS+ world. I am looking for TACACS+ only solution. I'd like to run it in Windows, if possible, otherwise Unix would be fine. Other than Linux-based TACACS, are there any other options available?

1) TACACS+ Freeware from Cisco

2) Download trial version of CiscoSecure ACS 3.0
