Outside NAT

Has anyone had any success getting outside NAT to work? Any info that I have found on configuring appears contradictory. i.e. global (outside/inside)

nat (outside/inside) Xlate doesn't appear to work properly. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Taking into account that ver 6.2 is not ready for prime time.

Thanks

Re: Outside NAT

Unfortunately that is the example I was working from and even imitating it I could'nt get xlate to work. This is the only example config that I have been able to find on this site. Are there any more out there?

Thanks

Re: Outside NAT

Has anyone had any success with outside nat - when using the previous example the source address is not natted - although the packet is allowed through (the PIX) the destination is unable to route the packet back - if you install a series of static routes it works - can anyone shed any light on why the source address does not take the global inside address???
